The Ruby Package
​
The Ruby Package is designed with that DIY'er in mind! Tables, chairs, and furniture will be set up prior to your event with your choice of white or black tablecloths, the rest of the design and decorating is left to your own creativity! There is a new 1600’ outdoor wedding space, with outdoor tables and chairs. Outdoor area has a designated space for lawn games (game sets provided: corn hole or lawn golf, tic-tac-toe, and giant Jenga) during reception. The Courtyard is available May – October and can be used as an outdoor ceremony space. Wedding white folding chairs and an arbor of your choice is included for an additional $995.
Furniture set-up with basic linens is prepared for you. Set up and cleanup of table decor and wedding decor is the responsibility of the host/hostess. All additional services or rental items desired are available to add on for a separate fee. If it's a wedding you're planning, or if your event requires extended time to set-up and take-down, you can rent the entire building for the whole weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) for an additional $500. With this add-on, entry to the building begins at 9:00 am on Friday to allow time for set-up and goes to 6:00 pm on Sunday to allow extra time for clean-up.

The Sapphire Package
The Sapphire Package is the perfect party package whether it’s for a holiday party, corporate event or wedding! It includes everything from the Ruby package (the basics) plus all the "extra's" that you would have to go out and buy if you were going to have the necessities of a classic event. If it's a wedding you're planning, or if the event requires extended time to set-up and take-down, you can rent the entire building for the whole weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) for an additional $500. With this add-on, entry to the building begins at 9:00 am on Friday to allow time for set-up and goes to 6:00 pm on Sunday to allow extra time for clean-up.

The Emerald Package
The Emerald Package is a wedding package with all the bells and whistles! It includes everything from the Ruby and Sapphire packages PLUS many services and items you usually have to hunt for valued at over $8000 in the add-ons alone! It also includes an indoor or outdoor ceremony space with an arbor of your choice and wedding white folding chairs! We use our preferred vendor list to negotiate and contract with the DJ, Baker, Photo Booth Vendor and our own Wedding Coordinators and Wedding Designers- and we pay for all the services in advance! We handle all the meetings and contracts for you! This package includes 4 hours of DJ service, a Photo Booth, we add a Dance Floor, Premium Décor (our specialty) and everything else listed below! This package also extends your rental time from one day to three!

This is the wedding you dream about yet never have to plan for! Imagine that - having the wedding of your dreams but never having to meet with a single vendor, no appointments, no meetings, no hassle! Our Certified Wedding Planners and Coordinators take your vision and turn it into a wedding that you literally just show up for! Not only do we contract with all the best vendors for you, but some services are also handled in-house. Our all-inclusive package WILL save you thousands (nearly 50% of the cost of the average LOCAL wedding). We include everything from catering to entertainment, wedding cake, a photo booth, invitations, and party favors, you name it, we've got it covered and everything is designed to your taste!

We never have additional or hidden fees. Doing services in-house removes unforeseen charges and fees that most couples do not plan for; administrative fees, delivery charges, cake cutting fees, corking fees, etc. are all covered. And tipping is not forced!
The Diamond Package is custom, we add, alter, and adjust for additional services, unused services and services contracted with other vendors by the customer.
